This shallow bowl with handles is a thick walled basket of coil weaved Vetavera grass. Vetavera grass is abundant in the region and popular among weavers to create these useful and wonderful baskets. This item can easily be reshaped by quickly submerging in water reshape to the desired shape and set out to dry. Measures approximately 13 -15.5 inches across by 2.5 - 3 inches deep... the measurements are for the basket as we shaped it. Handcrafted in Ghana.
