Shipping Procedures:
Our shipments are insured against loss or damage by
Collectible Insurance Agency.
We
take great care in packaging our products to
reduce the chance of damage during shipment.
If you order is lost in the mail, we will
refund your purchase price including the
cost of shipping. Any item that is
damaged during shipment will be replaced or
your purchase price refunded.

authorization.
Please
keep all packing materials as they may be
required for us to file an insurance claim.
We may request that you ship the damaged
item back to us at our expense. All refunds
will be credited upon receipt of damaged
merchandise by return mail ( if required ),
or inspection by carrier. Items not
requiring return or inspection will be
credited upon notification of damage.
