Returns:

If your item arrives damaged, it is not what you ordered, or if you are not completely satisfied with the item after receiving it, Contact us Immediately by either calling us Toll Free at: 1-888-846-7436 or emailing us at: admin@asianartmall.com so we can make it right. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Do Not Ship back any items without prior authorization. Damaged items and packing materials may need to be made available for inspection by the carrier in order to refund your money for an item damaged during shipment. They will not pay the claim if we have the item instead of you.

All claims and returns for any reason, must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. 

If you have questions about any particular item or feel you cannot make a decision based on the photos on our website, please email us and we will provide you with addition information and photographs if needed. *

 All of our Items are guaranteed to be of the age and material that is in the item description. If it says Ivory...it is Ivory, not bone or resin. If you find any of our items to not be of the age or material stated we will pay for return shipping and provide a full refund.

All information submitted, whether during the ordering process or by subscribing to our email list, will be kept confidential. No information about our customers is or will be shared with any outside organization or company. If wish to be removed from our mailing list simply send us an email and we will remove your name from all future mailings.

All order information is protected by two different password protected systems to ensure that your personal information is safe. All Credit Card transactions are manually processed in our office to prevent any third party billing companies from gaining access to your confidential shipping and billing data.

Shipping: 

Our shipping rates are based on weight of items after packing. Occasionally, the combination of certain items within an order results in a lower actual cost for us to ship. When this occurs, we will credit your account for the amount of the difference. In the event that the actual cost exceeds the amount charged, we will absorb the difference.

* Non-defective items that are shipped at discounted or free shipping rates and are later returned will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from your refund. Returns that received free gift wrap will be subject to a gift wrap fee of $1.95 gift wrapped box.
