| For shipping within the
Continental US, we use UPS and USPS
services. You will have a choice at checkout
to select the option that best fits your
budget and time requirements. The details of
each are outlined below. |

 We
offer a variety of services through UPS. UPS Ground,
3 Day Select, and Next Day Air Saver are available
and selectable at checkout. Our server
connects directly to UPS and calculates the
cost based on your zip code and the weight of
your purchases. Your cost will be displayed
prior to finalizing your order. Please note
that our UPS software will not allow us to
process your shipment without your Apt or
Suite number so be sure to include it when
entering your shipping information on the
order form. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes so
you must provide a street address to select
UPS as your shipping method. All packages are
insured by UPS. UPS
does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or
Holidays. Next Day, Two Day, and Three Day
shipping refers to Business Days.
(Monday-Friday) Orders placed by 2pm EST will
ship same day.

 Priority
Mail shipping is available for any packages shipped to
addresses within the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii,
and FPO/APO Military addresses. Our account with the
post office includes delivery confirmation for all our
shipments at no charge to you or us. All packages are
insured against loss or damage at our expense through
our master policy. USPS
delivers Monday to Saturday. They do not deliver on
Sunday or Holidays. Orders placed by 10am EST will
ship the same day. |

 If
you are not in a hurry and would like to save a little
money on shipping, we offer Special
Fixed Shipping rates. These rates are
fixed and displayed below. We will select the most
economical way to ship your package from the services
available through UPS and the post office based on the
weight and destination. It may take
a little longer to arrive when selecting this option.
These rates are available only in the Continental US
and require a street address. ( No PO Boxes ) Packages
will be shipped by one of the following methods: UPS
Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class, USPS
Parcel Post, or USPS Book Rate ( for book only orders
). All orders are fully insured against loss or damage
at no additional charge. |

Orders are shipped via International Air Mail or
International Surface Mail. Air Mail takes 4 to 10
days to most countries, Surface Mail is 4 to 6
weeks. Express services are also available.

* Non-defective items that are
shipped at discounted or free shipping rates and
are later returned will have the actual cost of
shipping deducted from your refund. *Returns that
received free gift wrap will be subject to a gift
wrap fee of $1.95 per gift wrapped box.
